Alhamdulillah we had some wonderful weather for the School Breakfast.
Our Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) reminds us, that when we eat together we always begin in the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful (Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Raheem). And he (SAW) encouraged us to begin with dates and to eat together and talk to each other. He also warned us to not eat too much.
Thankyou to all the parents and friends who helped out.
It was a powerful learning experience for the children in all ways: Islamic etiquette, healthy eating, shared communal eating manners, keeping areas clean, tidying up etc…
