Islam is the central part of every Muslim’s life. We want our students to deepen their Muslim identity, act upon what they have learnt and share their faith with those around them.
Islam’s foundation is based on five pillars of Islam and Hajj is one of them. In the video above, the Year 3 students at Al-Hidayah Islamic School were learning about Hajj as the fifth Pillar of the Muslim faith.
The Musallah was prepared for the students to practice all acts of worship in a safe and effective learning environment.
What an amazing opportunity Year 3 had, exploring how the journey of Hajj begins and how it ends, starting from Niyyah and Ihram and finishing with the Farewell tawaf and sa’ee to finalise the Hajj.
