We were delighted that Jill Buckrell and Chris Witt (AISWA Literacy Consultants www.ais.wa.edu.au) visited the school today to support each of our educators in their delivery of Sharp Reading www.sharpreading.com to our students.
The students work in small groups with their educator three times per week to improve their fluency and comprehension.
The consultants observe each educator delivering the Sharp Reading. They then meet with them to give constructive feedback.
Their visit is a great gift to our school as it supports best practice in our educators.
