The Harmony Day Children’s Art Exhibition was held at the Bentley Library on Saturday, the 20th of March 2010.
Various artwork made by Al-Hidayah students were displayed in the Bentley library. Some of our students’ artwork was used in the street banners. The street banners are displayed next to the Bentley library, on the corner of Manning Road and Dumond Street.
The Principal of Al-Hidayah Islamic School, Jamiel Pradhan said "Events such as these are important to bring communities together, especially when it involves young people from different communities, backgrounds and religious affiliations. We celebrate our inclusiveness, respect for one anothers diversity and a sense of belonging to this land we all call Australia."
